At Banksy Bar & Kitchen, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food preparation and cooking.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of sweet and savory dishes, ensuring high-quality food is served to our customers.
- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, using organic ingredients and adhering to strict food safety standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly to ensure a safe working environment.
- Minimum 3 or more years of recent experience as a Cook or Chef.
- 2 or more years of Front of House experience (e.g., Barista, Runner, Service).
- Australian citizen or resident with permanent working rights in Australia.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day per week.
- Loves high-quality food.
