We are seeking a highly organized and flexible administrator to join our hybrid team at DCL Recruitment. The successful candidate will work 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a split schedule of working from home on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and in the office on Thursday and Friday.

This part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for a balanced work-life arrangement while remaining engaged with a dynamic team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in MS Suite, and have prior experience in administration and/or reception roles.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Executive Assistant with various tasks
  • Booking flights, accommodation, and meetings
  • Submitting monthly expenses for managers
  • Maintaining a professional appearance of the reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas
  • Courier, post, and delivery management

The successful applicant will also be proactive, flexible, and able to multitask and prioritize their time effectively. They should be willing to learn and grow with our company.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on the location.
