Lead Retail Professional

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to take on a key role in driving the success of our store. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

As a Lead Retail Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Store Manager to maximize the overall success of the store. You will help create a customer-centric environment, achieve sales targets, deliver consistent store standards, and manage costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a customer-centric environment that drives sales growth and delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence and achieve business objectives.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Manage costs and ensure effective use of resources to maintain a high level of profitability.

About You:

  • A leader with a hands-on approach and a passion for retail.
  • At least two years' experience working with a high-volume retailer.
  • Strong retail management/supervision skills with a minimum 1 year experience in management.
  • Proven ability to lead a team with a focus on team engagement.
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to develop and train team members.
  • Organised and detail-oriented with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
