Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence (BI) solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the airport.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in BI tools and techniques to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • As a Business Intelligence Professional, you will analyze data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that support business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data products to deliver timely, accurate information.
  • Partner with Data Engineers, Platform Engineers, and Governance teams to ensure models and insights are scalable, reliable, and consistent.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and support to users to grow BI and analytics capability across the airport.
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and managing BI and data products.
  • Proficiency in BI tools and techniques such as Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and strong knowledge of data modeling.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure technologies (Fabric, SQL Server, OneLake, Synapse, Data Factory, DevOps).
