About the Role:

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion for an Administrator to join and support the Commercial Property team. This dynamic role involves ensuring smooth operations and providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ad hoc administrative duties to support the team
  2. Assist with monthly reporting, compliance, outgoings, audits, and reconciliations
  3. Handle phone enquiries and warmly greet clients
  4. Liaise effectively with tenants, property owners, and contractors
  5. Process new lease agreements and associated documentation
  6. Manage creditor invoices and assist with accounts payable (when required)
  7. Coordinate and manage diaries for team members

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous administration experience within the commercial property sector is preferred; however, candidates with strong residential property management administrative experience and a desire to transition to commercial property are encouraged to apply
  • A solid understanding of financial processes
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Cirrus8 knowledge is desirable, however training can be provided
