Job Title: Business Systems Specialist

This role is responsible for driving growth in energy investments by supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.

  • Contribute to solution design, data validation, cutover planning, and stakeholder readiness activities.
  • Support user acceptance testing, training coordination, and the transition into steady-state operations.
  • Monitor system availability, performance, and security.
  • Ensure data flow consistency and timely resolution of issues.
  • Administer user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Build, modify, and maintain reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and support process optimisation initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, or Coupa.
  • Understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance, HR, and/or Procurement.
  • Basic knowledge of system integrations and data flows.
  • Ability to build and maintain reports or dashboards using tools such as SAP Fiori or Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with workflow design or configuration within business systems.
  • Understanding of information security principles related to user access, data privacy, and system change control.
  • Ability to document system processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
  • Value inclusive behaviour and foster an environment that values diversity.
  • Prior experience with energy industry or related industry experience.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
