Job Summary

The Case Coordinator will possess specialized expertise in AOD service delivery to alleviate the effects of addiction and its contributing factors through tailored support to women accessing Toora AOD programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver crisis, transitional and outreach support to women within a case management framework.
  • Maintain a designated caseload of clients with complex or co-morbid presentations.
  • Develop and facilitate women's groups and projects aligned with program objectives.
Requirements:
  • Diploma-level qualification in relevant field (AOD, Community Service or Mental Health) and 5 years' sector experience.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Working with Vulnerable People registration.
