Senior IT Architect for Utility Projects

About the role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Architect to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technical solutions for utility projects, collaborating with the broader architecture team.
- Develop cost-effective and time-efficient solutions to address business challenges.
- Create information system architectures to support domain initiatives.
- Direct the design approach for key stakeholders and project resources.
- Produce solution architecture artefacts for communication, alignment, and prioritisation purposes.
- Define and apply architecture principles to solutions.
- Create architecture overviews, solution designs, and business communications.
- Define target state architectures for the business with input from business stakeholders and the architecture team.
- Model business scenarios using IT notation formats, including use cases, system diagrams, and data models.
- Support documentation of development, configuration, and integration plans.
- Provide technical architecture assistance to the architecture team, business stakeholders, project teams, and IT.
- Ensure alignment between project delivery and the technical architecture.
Responsibilities 1-4 include:

- Position Requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or considerable demonstrated experience (10+ years).
- Experience implementing the Primavera P6 application.
- Experience implementing the InEight suite of applications.
- Demonstrated high level of working knowledge and experience within utilities, particularly within the electrical industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated technical and analytical skills.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
