Procurement Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluate tender documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Negotiate and finalise subcontracts with attention to detail.
- Manage project expenditures, including subcontractor claims, to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to submit accurate and timely monthly project reports.
- E nsure all commercial activities align with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in a related field and significant experience in fit-out and refurbishment delivery.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist with a proven track record in commercial and contractual risk management.
- Hands-on experience with procurement and management of major subcontract packages for large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Clear and articulate communication with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
