Solutions Architect - Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation? We're looking for a skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain and manufacturing solutions group, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs.

You'll work closely with our sales, delivery, and consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems. Your ability to adapt, learn quickly, and navigate ambiguity will set you apart in a fast-paced environment.

We're seeking a trusted advisor who can deliver scalable, commercially sound solutions that align with business goals and add real value. You'll identify opportunities for innovation, support your peers, and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and specify scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops.
  • Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams.
  • Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and software partners.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred).
