About the Role

As a key member of our Retail Banking team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional banking experiences to our customers. We're passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to customer-centric service.

The Customer Banking Specialist is responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial situations, identify opportunities for growth, and provide guidance on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing in-depth product knowledge and financial advice to customers, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience, sharing best practices and expertise to drive business results
