Job Overview

The Manager or Senior Manager position offers a unique opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries, from large multinational corporations to small start-ups.

  • Apply complex transfer pricing concepts and business, economic, and financial knowledge to resolve client challenges. Support Partners on high-level engagements, including transfer pricing planning, operational transfer pricing, compliance requirements and all forms of tax authority engagement.
  • Manage client relationships, participate in meetings with clients and tax authorities, and review transfer pricing analyses, documentation, and models prepared by team members.
  • Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and knowledge sharing.

This role requires at least 5+ years of Transfer Pricing experience within a top-tier accounting firm, corporate, tax consulting, or legal environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good drafting skills, the ability to apply facts to Transfer Pricing legislation, and advise clients on implications.

Strong commercial acumen, staying abreast of wider legal, economic, environmental, and political factors that influence transfer pricing, is essential. Exceptional client service orientation and a collaborative approach to teaming are also required.
