We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our top-performing real estate agent, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage multiple sales campaigns simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
  • Provide administrative support, including email management, calendar organization, and phone redirection.
  • Attend photoshoots, out-of-office appointments, and maintain relationships with clients, external parties, and internal teams.
  • Prepare listing presentations, reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Curate engaging content for social media channels and newsletters.
  • Oversee the exchange to settlement period, including submitting invoices.
  • Update and manage client databases.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience working in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Superb communication and customer service skills.
  • Fluent written and verbal abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on teamwork and adaptability.
  • A current Real Estate Certificate and valid driver's license.
