Electrical Engineer Graduate Role

We're looking for two talented Electrical Engineers to join our Power Systems team. As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work on delivering technical advice, grid connection studies and power network strategies for the power network across the country.

Based out of our Melbourne and Brisbane offices, this role is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. You'll work collaboratively with senior practitioners to simulate and model the power network, deliver technical assurance audits and develop grid connection studies for new and existing renewable generators.

Our two-year Graduate Development Program is designed to help you detangle any challenges along the way. Alongside your peers, managers and mentors, we'll support you in developing your skills and knowledge.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty.

As an electrical engineer graduate, you'll have a degree in electrical engineering or a related field. You may also have relevant work experience, but this is not essential.
