We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our teams across our busy festive and back-to-school periods at Lowes.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting all elements of store operations, and demonstrating strong product knowledge to assist customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience to all
  • Support all elements of store operations
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Cash handling and processing sales
  • Processing and replenishing stock
  • Ensure presentation and visual merchandise standards are upheld

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • A 'can do' attitude and a team player
  • A desire to challenge yourself to achieve company objectives
  • Be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, late nights, and weekends.
