Kids Activity Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Casual Crèche & Kids Activity Attendant to join our team in Canberra.
The successful applicant will provide high-quality childcare services to children aged 3 months to 4 years, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional standards of care to children, prioritizing their needs and providing a loving and child-focused approach.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with parents to deliver childcare services that meet their needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Current Working with Children's Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Anaphylaxis training/certificate (desirable).
- Experience working with children aged 3 months to 4 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
This is a casual position available for approximately 20 hours per week, including Monday to Saturday from 8:45am - 1:30pm during school terms, and additional hours during school holidays.
