Job Description

We are seeking a strategic technology leader to guide our technical support services and drive platform excellence.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team, manage financials, and shape the future of technology services at our organization.

The Platform Services function provides technical support services across the technology platforms that support our divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain technologies, including their costs and effectiveness for the business.
  • Stay engaged with key stakeholders and broader business goals to clearly communicate the value of your team's services.
  • Define platform services in alignment with our business system architectures.
  • Oversee the delivery of IT platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Lead a team of 3-5.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Tertiary degree in information technology, computer science or related field, combined with 5 or more years of experience.

Certifications or demonstrated experience in delivery of Salesforce, Aptumo, and relevant finance and commercial systems.

Relevant professional certifications including Agile/DevOps and project management or equivalent advantageous.

Skill in IT project management.
