**Proposal Development Specialist**

As a Proposal Advisor, you'll play a key role in our high-performing team, supporting pursuit teams and managing complex proposals from strategy to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with pre-bid planning and activities to position us for success
  • Managing multiple and highly complex proposals from kick-off to production
  • Facilitating workshops to develop win strategies and proposal responses
  • Developing clear and concise non-technical content tailored to client requirements
  • Driving internal approval processes and delivering compliant proposals that articulate our unique value proposition
  • Conducting post-proposal evaluations and attending client debriefs to improve proposal quality and internal processes

To succeed in this role, you'll need a proven track record in proposal/bid management, strong stakeholder management skills, and experience working within a consulting firm on major infrastructure projects.

You'll demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships and influence positive outcomes.
