Speech Pathologist Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Speech Pathologist to join our community NDIS organisation in Pakenham.

The role will involve providing services and supporting needs in the community for clients ages 0-65 years. You will work with a broad range of clientele where they live, work, learn and play, including their homes, workplace or schools, as well as out in the broader community.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality speech pathology services to clients in their homes and in the community.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver best practice care to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centered care plans.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Current registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • A variety of clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Patient, service-oriented, and a 'people person.'
  • Highly approachable and a good listener.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
