Catering and Cleaning Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Catering and Cleaning Assistant. As part of our residential community, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the premises.

About the Role:
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Prepare and serve meals according to a set menu and schedule.
  • Assist with cleaning tasks, including laundry and dishwashing.
  • Work rotating shifts, including sleepovers as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and experience in cooking/cleaning in an aged care setting or commercial kitchen. Key Responsibilities:
  • Mainstream housekeeping duties including cleaning and preparing meal areas, resident rooms, and public spaces.
  • Prepare nutritious meals in accordance with dietary requirements and presentation standards.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection policies at all times.
Requirements:
