Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. As a Store Team Member, you will be part of a diverse team working towards this objective.

This role involves ensuring our stores are safe, clean and welcoming for customers through effective cleaning and trolley collection practices.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail. They will also be physically fit, active and energetic, with the capacity to lift up to 17kgs.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow a checklist to complete cleaning tasks across departments and throughout the store.
  • Use equipment and products to maintain floors, shelving and equipment in the store, team rooms, toilets and offices.
  • Collect trolleys from around the store and carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

Requirements:

  • Ability to deliver great customer experiences with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Physically fit, active and energetic, with the ability to lift up to 17kgs.
  • Availability to work shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
