Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Labourers to join our team, responsible for general civil labouring work and assisting trades on site.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in labouring, adhere to safety protocols, and demonstrate attention to quality, ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Site Locations:

Our Labourers will work at various sites across Ipswich, Coomera, Nerang, Cedar Vale, Logan, Green Bank, Caboolture, and other locations.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Working alongside pipe laying crews as a "toppy", site cleanup, and assisting trades

• Helping spot for excavators and other machinery

• Learning to use laser levels and set gradients

• Pit and pipe work, including digging trenches for pipes

• Pit building

• Operating machines (if tickets are held)

Experience Required:

• Ideally, drainage, sewer, NBN, or "toppy" labouring experience

• General labouring experience at a minimum

• Willingness to learn on the job with industry experts

• License and own transport, as some projects require reliable transportation

• White card

Opportunity Details:

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity, with reviews at 3 and 6 months, and increasing pay rates once set milestones are achieved.

This is an ongoing position with 8-10 hour days, 5/6 days per week.
