Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for career growth and development in the field of employment law and industrial relations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years PQE with experience in senior associate/special counsel roles, working across various employment law and industrial relations matters within a reputable commercial law firm.

We are looking for someone who can work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team, manage a diverse workload, and demonstrate strong communication skills, practical problem-solving skills, and a high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service.

In this role, you will be nurtured and supported to develop your skills and practice through mentorship and dedicated learning and leadership programs.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 8 years PQE with demonstrated experience in a senior associate/special counsel role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team to manage a robust and diverse workload.
  • Mentorship: Experience in supervision and mentoring of junior staff.
  • Initiative and Commitment: A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Strong communication skills and practical problem-solving skills.
