About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Trade Qualified Baker to join our bakery team at Coles. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the preparation and presentation of our bakery products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bakery Operations: Assist in the preparation and presentation of bakery products, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and support to junior team members in honing their baking skills.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

About You:

We are looking for a skilled Baker with:

• Trade Certification or Diploma: A formal qualification in baking is required.
• Extensive Baking Experience: Proven experience in fast-paced bakery environments.
• Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
