Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contract Logistics Supervisor to join our team in Melbourne.

Your Role

As a Contract Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the warehouse by leading an operational team.

Your Responsibilities

Your main goal is to coordinate and ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse by leading an operational team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, planning, organizing, staffing, and directing warehouse activities, including HR issues such as absence, attendance, and sick leave.
  • Achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) in the areas of management, productivity, and customer service.
  • Ensuring that all company equipment and assets are handled and operated in a responsible manner at all times.
  • Ensuring that all team members are compliant with all Health and Safety policies and processes at all times.
  • Undertaking any other tasks required by management.
