Family Violence and Family Services Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Croydon. This is an exciting opportunity to lead an integrated team of family violence and family services practitioners, working together to provide a new way for women, children and young people experiencing family violence, and families who need assistance with the care and wellbeing of children to access the services they need to be safe and supported.
The role involves both the management and coordination of an Integrated team, as well as the support, mentoring and development of Practitioners and Senior Practitioners in a matrix supervision model. The Team Leader will be responsible for providing practice guidance and leadership to Practitioners across the delivery of program requirements, to maintain the quality of service provided to people accessing support.
