We are seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary of AU$80,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for coordinating schedules to meet customer demand while optimising resources, minimising costs, and maintaining high service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective production schedules that meet demand while optimising resource allocation and reducing downtime.
  • Analyse production data to anticipate potential issues, adjust schedules proactively, and ensure uninterrupted production flow.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and logistics, to align schedules and communicate potential risks.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure raw material availability in line with the production plan.
  • Utilise ERP/MRP systems to generate reports, manage data accuracy, and refine scheduling processes.
  • Provide analytical insights to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimise scheduling efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or similar role, preferably within agribusiness or FMCG.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced skills in Excel or similar software.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
