Care Worker Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to support older Australians with everyday activities, enabling them to live their best possible lives.

This rewarding role involves providing quality complex care and support to clients in their own homes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
  • A reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Insurance for transporting clients
  • Strong communication skills and resilience
  • Patience and proficiency in smartphone technology, apps and email
