Job Overview

We are currently seeking an exceptional Operational Expert Leader to join our team in Adelaide. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our safety culture and developing a first-class operations and service support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational plans to achieve and exceed delivery targets
  • Manage logistics, warehouse, and fleet operations
  • Proactively manage service delivery to meet customer contractual expectations
  • Lead and manage remote regional teams
  • Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and proven track record in building a safety culture
  • Previous experience in the business services industry (preferably)
  • Pest Control Management Licence (highly regarded, but not essential)
  • Strong operational principles and experience managing logistics and scheduling systems
  • Ability to focus and have a flexible approach when faced with change
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and effective interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets and cost efficiencies
  • Ability to positively challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement
  • Previous management experience in managing remote teams (advantageous)
