Travel Expertise Opportunity

This is a full-time role as a Travel Expert who will support our Touring Department. The ideal candidate will have a diverse and varied position, collaborating with global teams to drive company initiatives and deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client travel requirements, anticipating individual preferences and needs.
  • Create logistical itinerary plans to provide practical travel solutions.
  • Fully service all VIP enquiries, requests, bookings and ticketing with high standards.
  • Investigate and resolve errors or complaints while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Ongoing services should adhere to client service level agreements (SLAs) and internal policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant travel consulting experience, managing high-demand clientele.
  • Strong knowledge of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing, and reissues.
  • GDS experience is preferred for enhanced efficiency.
  • Versatility in booking flights, hotels, and understanding published airfares is required.
