Bigwave Digital is seeking a seasoned Paid Media Manager (Social) to lead our team and drive cutting-edge campaigns for top brands.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. As a Paid Media Manager (Social), you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction.
  • Develop and execute paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, leveraging data and insights to drive performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and account teams to deliver integrated solutions across social media, EDMs, and other digital channels.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure campaigns remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of management experience in a digital marketing or agency environment.
  • Proven expertise in paid social advertising, with a focus on Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into action.
  • Creative mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
