Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at CEA, a leading distributor of world-renowned capital equipment brands. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing safe, efficient, and compliant diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment in a mining or heavy industry environment.
- Diagnose and fault-find mechanical issues with machinery for repair, maintenance, and service in the field.
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work unsupervised and follow instructions to complete tasks efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
- AUS/NZ Trade qualified Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, Plant Mechanic, or similar.
- Experience in maintaining, servicing, and repairing mobile equipment in a mining or heavy industry environment.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
