Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Loan Specialist to join our team. As a Home Loan Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting customers with their home lending needs, working closely with our in-house sales associates to field pre-qualified customer appointments, and submitting deals to our client solutions team for processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with their home lending needs virtually, via phone, email, and video chat
  • Work with our industry-leading platform to streamline the home lending process and achieve speed to settlement at up to four times faster than industry average
  • Field pre-qualified customer appointments booked for you by our in-house sales associates
  • Submit deals to our client solutions team for processing and enjoy the benefits of our pioneering processes designed to help you scale your income growth
Requirements:
  • A Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • A keen desire to build a successful career in the fintech/mortgage lending space
  • Alignment with our vision of changing the way Australians experience home lending, for good
  • A high level of drive, motivation, and integrity, underpinned by a desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams
