As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections with our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

You'll be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as household chores, personal care, and companionship, all while promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to older adults in their own homes
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as household chores and personal care
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle (or willingness to use public transportation)
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • A National Police Check
  • A minimum of two COVID vaccinations
  • Certificate III in Independent Support or Aged Care (for Personal Care services)
