The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult hearing services, including comprehensive assessments, prescription, and fitting of hearing aids. They will be responsible for conducting thorough hearings assessments, prescribing suitable hearing aids, and providing exceptional client outcomes.

As an Audiologist at Audika, you will work independently, utilizing your expertise to deliver top-tier hearing services. You will participate in local area marketing events, promote our services, and contribute to the growth of hearing health knowledge within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive adult hearing services for diverse clientele, including HSP, DVA, private, and insurance clients.
  • Utilizing expertise to perform precise and insightful hearing assessments.
  • Prescribing and skillfully fitting personalized hearing aids.
  • Participating in local area marketing events to raise awareness and promote top-tier hearing services.

You will be successful in this role if you are:

  • An experienced Audiologist/Audiometrist with profound familiarity with hearing device products.
  • A Qualified Professional (QP) with active membership in a recognized audiological peak body.
  • Dedicated to the growth and dissemination of hearing health knowledge.
  • Proven commercial acumen, with a track record of meeting and surpassing KPIs.
  • A skilled communicator with empathetic interpersonal skills.
