Hagen's is a second-generation family-run organic and regenerative butcher based in Melbourne. We operate multiple stores across the city and a popular online offering from our Richmond warehouse, with plans for future growth.

Job Description

As a Butcher Assistant, you will work closely with our butcher team to prepare and handle meat with a focus on quality and a nose-to-tail approach. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper labeling, packaging, and storage of meat products, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety within the production area.
