Lead Integrated Service Delivery

The position of Team Leader is responsible for leading the integration of key objectives from strategic/operational plans into service delivery for assigned work units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate contemporary human, material, and financial resource management into service delivery to optimize outcomes.
  • Drive change at a local level by integrating strategic direction and priorities for quality improvement.
  • Lead and manage staff by fostering a culture of consumer safety and quality in healthcare delivery.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary degree in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.
  • AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapist and Psychologist only).
  • Eligibility for membership to Australian Association of Social Workers (Social Worker only).
  • Valid drive license.
  • Evidence of vaccination against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B, and COVID-19.
  • Recent Tuberculosis screening.

Work Environment:

The Mental Health and Specialist Services department provides integrated hospital and community specialized mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum. The Gold Coast service offers treatments for severe and complex drug and alcohol individuals and families.
