Chief Information Security Officer - Job Summary

This strategic role involves developing and implementing comprehensive security architectures that align with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design secure architectures for high-risk platforms using industry-recognized frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK or STRIDE.
  • Develop and implement cyber security strategies to ensure secure design across all technology domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on governance and risk initiatives.
  • Conduct security architecture reviews and establish formal review cadences for initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Expertise in at least two areas: Identity Governance Administration, Data Loss Prevention, Zero Trust Architecture, Secure Software Development Lifecycle, or Cloud Security Posture Management.
  • 7+ years' experience working as a security architect.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead security architecture maturity assessments.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Cloud Security Specialist, or Service-Oriented Architecture Business Solution Architect required.
  • Experience in architecture frameworks such as The Open Group Architecture Framework, Service-Oriented Architecture Business Solution Architect, or Zachman Enterprise Architecture.
