About the Role

Goodstart Early Learning Wynnum West is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as Centre Director. As a key member of our Centre Leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Centre Leadership: You will be responsible for managing and developing your own centre, guiding the next generation of educators, and ensuring high-quality education and care services are delivered to children and families.
  • Team Management: You will build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Commercial Acumen: You will work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business.

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education: A relevant qualification, either completed or working towards.
  • Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and managing change within education, health, or community services.
  • Financial and Operational Performance Management: Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management experience.

Location: Wynnum West, Brisbane

Estimated Salary: AU$110,000 - AU$140,000 per annum
