We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our Water team at KBR Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in delivering complex water infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engineering and design teams to deliver water infrastructure projects, including pipelines, pumping stations, and treatment plants.
- Collaborate with clients, including water authorities, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to address water cycle challenges and improve water management.
- Manage projects to scope, budget, and program, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior engineers, promoting their development and growth.
- Accredited Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree.
- Design experience with knowledge of industry standards, preferably with the Melbourne Region Water Authority Design Standards (MRWA WSAA Standards).
- Proven ability to work in and lead engineering and design modeling teams, manage projects, and work directly with clients.
- Previous experience in an engineering consultancy environment.
- Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or eligibility to apply for this accreditation.
