Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team. As a Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for applying mathematical and statistical techniques to solve complex problems found in our trading environment. Your work will involve immersing yourself in market data, leveraging tools in mathematics, statistics, and programming to uncover new patterns and develop trading signals. You will work closely with technologists to backtest your results and put your trading signal into production.

Responsibilities
  • Investigate new ideas by analyzing market data and leveraging mathematical and statistical techniques.
  • Develop trading signals using data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Work with technologists to backtest and implement trading strategies.
  • Continuously research and optimize trading strategies to improve performance.


Requirements

  • PhD in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or Economics.
  • Exceptional mathematical problem-solving skills.
  • Solid communication skills, both in the ability to understand others and to make yourself clearly understood.
  • Strong, practical computing skills.
  • Experience working on in-depth research projects.
