Job Title: In-Home Support Partner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled In-Home Support Partner to provide daily care and support to individuals in their own homes. This is a live-in position, requiring the caregiver to reside with the client and provide assistance with personal care, household chores, and other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
  • Support clients with mobility or dexterity issues, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship, such as reading, watching movies, or going for walks
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience in caregiving or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing flexible and adaptable care
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
