Outdoor Maintenance Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our grounds team as an Outdoor Maintenance Professional.

As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in preserving the beauty of our outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Turf management: maintaining healthy grass conditions through regular mowing, watering, and fertilizing.
  • Pest control: identifying and eliminating pests that can damage our plants and turf.
  • Irrigation: ensuring our plants receive adequate water supply through efficient irrigation systems.
  • Equipment maintenance: keeping our equipment in good working condition to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.

In this role, you will also assist the greens team with various tasks such as weeding, trimming, and preparing playing areas. You will work closely with the team to achieve our goals and maintain high standards of quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic horticulture and grounds maintenance practices.
  • Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
  • Dedication to maintaining a safe and attractive outdoor environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
