We are seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, train and develop a high-performing team, and maintain retail standards in our Northland store.

Key responsibilities include driving sales to meet targets, working closely with the Store Manager to implement store operations, creating an inspirational work environment for the team, and managing stock deliveries and merchandising the store.

Successful candidates will have great mentoring and coaching skills, be passionate about fashion with excellent visual merchandising and styling skills, and be ambitious to accelerate their career.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire their team and deliver amazing customer experiences.

Requirements
  • Experience as a Retail Assistant Store Manager or similar role
