Early Childhood Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our educational programs and practices in a large team setting.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to mentor educators and children, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services that promote the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.

This role requires a Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education, with significant experience as an Educational Leader. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Early Years learning and development, with a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework.

Key responsibilities include supporting and mentoring educators and children, researching and planning professional development tailored to the team's needs, and collaborating on the service quality improvement plan.

The successful candidate will work closely with our 3-6 yrs Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisors to implement the service vision and philosophy.

We offer competitive remuneration packages, including above-award wages, a $2.50 educational leader allowance, and a wage retention grant. Additionally, we provide paid professional development opportunities, including curriculum training and critical reflection forums.

The role is available for 4 days per week, with 30 hours of work per week.

Applicants should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a Current Working with Children Check NSW, and First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
