Australian Open Stores Administration Roles

We are seeking a skilled Stores Administration Professional to join our dynamic team behind one of the world's most iconic sporting events, the Australian Open. As a key member of our Stores Administration Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management.

The Role
  • Event Desk Administrators: Efficiently process supplier invoices against delivery notes and purchase orders, coordinate with procurement and stores teams to place stock orders as required.
  • Accounts Payable Administrator: Liaise with suppliers, site teams, and operational managers to track and resolve issues, provide reporting and stock documentation support when needed.
  • Purchasing & Invoicing Support: Align purchasing records and financial documentation with internal systems and processes for seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in administrative roles related to procurement, inventory, hospitality operations, or finance is essential.
  • You must be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure.
  • Effective communication skills are crucial for interacting with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Familiarity with ordering systems, Excel, and invoice processing software is necessary.
  • You should be able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
  • Fully available across the tournament period and leading into it (early November to end of February).

Casual contracts commence Monday 6th October unless otherwise communicated. Shifts may be rostered across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
