Role Overview

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in providing 24-hour support to young, autistic adults.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing personalised support plans tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
  • Building positive relationships with the individuals and empowering them to make informed choices.
  • Supporting individuals to participate in activities they enjoy, such as day trips, local events, and hobbies.
  • Assisting with daily tasks and providing personal care when needed.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to provide holistic support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a social care setting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence for manual vehicles.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
