Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and retention through proactive sales activities and exceptional customer service.

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by implementing effective sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve a set number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Present sales pitches and tours to prospective members, highlighting the benefits of membership.
  • Create personalized member experiences through positive interactions and tailored solutions.
  • Ensure successful outcomes to inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operate within the club's roster to ensure seamless opening and closing procedures.
  • Participate in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Maintain regular contact with new and existing members to keep them engaged and informed about available products and services.

About You

We are seeking an individual who possesses current First Aid & CPR certificates, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

You should be able to solve problems effectively, think critically, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Additionally, you should have outstanding listening, empathizing, and influencing skills, as well as a customer-focused approach to achieving exceptional results.
