Job Description

As a Client Service Consultant, you will be part of a national team of experts who connect with clients and Financial Advisors to resolve their issues efficiently. You will work alongside Financial Advisors to assist with the delivery of financial products and services, utilizing advanced systems to manage communication via live chat and phone calls.

Your ability to ask insightful questions and provide effective solutions will enable you to resolve client issues in real-time. Additionally, you will identify and escalate issues to supervisors, look for opportunities to improve our best practice guides, and direct queries to support teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ year of experience in wealth management, superannuation, or related fields within a contact centre environment
  • High accuracy and typing skills for effective use of live chat platforms
  • Critical thinking skills to navigate and resolve complex client issues, providing advice on our products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills with empathy and timely query resolution
