We are seeking a skilled Registered Midwife to join our team in the Northern Territory. As a midwife with us, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our maternity services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced midwife to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing/midwifery care to an allocated group of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work within the registered nurse/midwife scope of practice
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain a safe environment
  • Demonstrate NTH values such as being responsive and kind
Selection Criteria
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife
  • Demonstrated understanding of client care coordination
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement principles
